Format of the Day

Pre-Golf Snacks are available in the Clubhouse
Please check in early with Susanne and Carol in the clubhouse, get your score card and be on your allocated starting tee and ready to tee off when the shotgun goes off for the start at 12.45. Remember, 1^st tee is five minutes walk from clubhouse and other tees will take longer
Shotgun Start is at 12.45pm
Refreshments at The Halfway House between 9^th and 10^th Holes
Dinner at 7.00 pm with Tulfarris hosting a sit-down dinner in the Ballroom
Presentation of prizes will take place following dinner
Soft Spikes are Compulsory – Your metal spikes can be changed to soft spikes in the Club House. Please allow extra time for this
Buggys are available at €30 hire from the pro shop. Please contact Norma at golf@tulfarris.com

18 Holes Shotgun start – each player hits a tee shot and the best ball is selected for the second shot. Each member of the team places and hits his or her ball from within 36 inches of the selected best ball and this process continues until the hole is played out. A minimum of three tee shots for each player must be used (enter score under the players letter on score card A, B, C or D).
Divide each teams combined course handicaps (Golf Ireland) by 10 to calculate team handicap.
Men play from green tees
Ladies play from red tees
All Four Players must sign the scorecard
Please return your card to Susanne at the completion of play

Prizes will be awarded as follows:-

Team competition – 1^st to 3rd inclusive
Best Front and Back Nines
Nearest the pin at the 6^th and 16^th
Hole-in-One Prize
A "picky out" raffle will be held at the prize presentation for those competitors who have not won a prize.
