Denyse Campbell

Denyse Campbell is the 39th President of the Irish Hotels Federation. A native of Strokestown, Co Roscommon, Ms Campbell is General Manager of the Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport. After graduating from the College of Catering in Cathal Brugha Street, she began her career as a hotelier with the Hilton Group in the United States. Following a period with Jurys in the UK, she returned to Ireland where she worked for several independent hotels and groups. In 2015, she joined Dalata Hotel Group, spending several years at the Clayton Ballsbridge before assuming her current role at the Maldron Hotel Dublin Airport in 2018. Ms Campbell has been an active member of the IHF since 2006 and has served as Secretary and Chair of the Dublin branch, National Vice President on two separate occasions and as a member of the National Council and Management Committee.  As Chair of the IHF’s Marketing Group she oversaw the launch of the immensely successful ‘Go Anywhere Gift Card’, the official gift card of the Irish Hotels Federation.



Lord Mark Price

Lord Mark Price is a businessman, writer and former government Minister of Trade. A former Managing Director of Waitrose, Deputy Chairman of the John Lewis Partnership and Chairman of Business in the Community, Mark has spent over 40 years unlocking the power of people in organisations. Mark is the President of the CMI and a board member of Coca Cola European Partners. He is passionate about creating engaged and happy workforces who in turn create longer-term sustainable success for organisations. 



Jonathan Healy

After graduating with a degree in law from University College Cork, Jonathan Healy worked in radio, television and online media for two decades. He has been a presenter with Newstalk 106-108fm and a senior correspondent with Sky News, with his work featuring prominently on both stations. 

Jonathan also has experience working with TV3, RTE, FM104, The Cork Independent and Cork’s 96fm.Having conducted thousands of interviews with people from all walks of Irish life, he is a skilled interviewer, event facilitator and engaging MC.

Una Crilly

Una Crilly is a Workplace, Career and Life coach and NLP practitioner. Throughout her 30 year career, Una has supported multiple organisations with developing their people to perform at their absolute best, to build great teams and to create supportive, healthy workplaces where people and business thrive. As an EQi360 Emotional intelligence assessor Una uses assessments to bring awareness and understanding of personality preferences to individuals and teams, so they can form better relationships, be happier and become more effective in what they do.



Kathleen Linehan

Kathleen Linehan MIHI is the Strategic Director of Human Resources at Trigon Hotels. With over 20 years’ experience, Kathleen is skilled in all areas of Human Resources Management and is a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace. Kathleen is also a qualified Behavioural Analyst and Coach.

Jack Kavanagh

In 2012 Jack Kavanagh suffered a life changing spinal cord injury leaving him with 15% muscle function. in the years since Jack has challenged the perceived limitations of his situation. In 2014 Jack gave the acclaimed TEDx Talk “Fearless Like A Child, Overcoming Adversity” and in 2019 was awarded as one of “Ten Outstanding Young People Of The Year”. Jack has also received several international awards for his documentary Breaking Boundaries. As a Pharmacist, Speaker and Facilitator Jack is passionate about the value of health & wellbeing as drivers for business performance coupled with cultivating diverse & inclusive environments where people belong and are valued. Jack is host of the Only Human Podcast and sits on the board of directors of the National Disability Authority and Center for Excellence in Universal Design as well as leadership development organisation Common Purpose Ireland.  



Louise Phelan

Named Business Leader of the Year in 2017 amongst a host of other accolades, Louise Phelan has had a hugely successful career in leadership spanning 3 decades. Louise spent 13 years as Vice President at PayPal leading and developing the business, taking a large performance team from 200 people to 3000 people, across multiple geographies and established green field sites in Berlin, San Paulo, Chandler and Dundalk. Louise was instrumental in creating a diverse culture in Paypal and was named as the most trusted leader in Ireland during her tenure.  



Marian Hennessy Roche

Marian is a coordinator with Ability@work where she promotes inclusive workplaces with employers, enabling people with learning difficulties access and participate in the workplace.
