Michael Magner

Michael is the 40th President of the Irish Hotels Federation. A native of Kileedy, Co. Limerick, Mr Magner is owner of the historic Cork's Vienna Woods Hotel. He has studied Hotel Management and holds a masters degree in Business in HRM from the University of Limerick. He began his career in hospitality aged 16 in Newcastle West, Limerick, going on to work at the Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel in Adare. 

Michael has been an active branch member of the IHF since 2006 and has served as Chair of the Cork branch, a two-year term as National Vice President, and as a member of the National Council and Management Committee. He currently sits as Chair of Cobh Heritage Trust and a Director of the Board of Visit Cork. 



Jonathan Healy

After graduating with a degree in law from University College Cork, Jonathan Healy worked in radio, television and online media for two decades. He has been a presenter with Newstalk 106-108fm and a senior correspondent with Sky News, with his work featuring prominently on both stations. 

Jonathan also has experience working with TV3, RTE, FM104, The Cork Independent and Cork’s 96fm. Having conducted thousands of interviews with people from all walks of Irish life, he is a skilled interviewer, event facilitator and engaging MC.



David Meade

David is a first-class honours graduate from Ulster University’s School of International Business. His work as a lecturer and award-winning researcher in business and strategy with one of Irelands leading Universities has built his reputation as one of Europe’s most sought after organisational facilitators. David’s personal interests have always focused on aspects of popular psychology, consumer behaviour, and choice.

Jonathan Logue

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), Jonathan is a HR/ OD Consultant, facilitator, instructional designer, speaker and executive coach. He has worked for several global professional services firms and smaller 'boutique' consultancies specialising in Human Capital Consulting, Leadership and Management Development and coaching, and most recently spent a decade as Senior Director of Talent Development at Linkedin. 

Jonathan is also a Fellow of the Learning & Development Institute (FLDI), a Fellow of the Learning & Performance Institute (FLPI) and a member of the EMCC.



Caroline Currid

Gillian Horan
