HIF

The Hotel Investment Fund (HIF) was established to provide financial support to Irish Hotels which have been adversely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The fund provides hotel owners with gap-funding over the medium term (3-year investment) to allow their business to recover and grow post-Covid. The HIF provides a 3-year preference equity investment (subordinated to senior/bank debt), with no interest payable until redemption at the end of the term.
